Read the article about travelling alone. What is the writer's main point?

Magazine article
My first solo trip I was nervous before my first holiday alone. What if I got lost, or lonely, or bored? In the end, none of those things happened very often. Yes, there were quiet evenings when I missed having someone to talk to. But I also did exactly what I wanted every single day — I stayed an extra hour in a museum, and nobody minded when I skipped a boring tour. I'm not saying you should never travel with friends. I'm just saying that travelling alone, at least once, taught me that I can look after myself in a new place.
  • A Travelling alone is always lonely.
  • B Travelling alone builds confidence.
  • C Group holidays are always better.
